    hello,

    I am trying to download and install peoplesoft image hcm 9.2 for my own R&D. But the oracle support site is asking for a support identifier for downloading the image ,which i do not have.


    I am not that expert and trying this for the first time...Can somebody help me here pls..

    Hello Vysali: you need to have the support.oracle.com access to download the image. Your employer will have a support identifier based on which you will get the access provisioned.

    Can you try searching on Google and trace the docs. I believe you will find those easily now a days. If not, let me know. Will help.
